Polsia Ryder is an artist manager.  Some of her current artists are Amanda Blank, Twin Atlantic, The Forms, Cigar Cigarette, Electric Youth.  Most recently, she also managed artists Spector, Violent Femmes, J. Laser, Jamie Lidell, Augustines, Cat Pierce, Heavy Rapids, and the Gaslight Anthem.  She also currently consults for Base Station Media and Blackstone Entertainment (award winning country hit songwriter Wyatt Durrette).

With over 20 years in the music business, Polsia Ryder's love of left field music started when she was a teenager listening to Bruce Springsteen and Fleetwood Mac and later Depeche Mode and the Cure. This would be the basis of her career working with the coolest artists who went on to enjoy global commercial success, Nirvana, Beck, Guns'n'Roses, Tom Petty, Weezer, Sonic Youth, Aerosmith.  Ryder was appointed by several major labels to lead international marketing teams in 35+ countries and went on to sell 45 million+ albums around the world. 

She continues to look for artists in the alternative underground scene who show commercial potential.  Ryder has also run a succession of  buzzing indie labels that would have her working as General Manager with Santigold, The Pierces, Ed Harcourt, The Futureheads, SSION, and many more.
